Sheets or Flexible ducts and grills or diffusers according to the requirement of the air conditioned area’s application.
The outdoor unit is fixed outside of the air conditioned room / hall / area to be air conditioned. The indoor and outdoor units are connected to each other with refrigerant piping and electric wiring. These AC units can be operated with corded remote control devises. The indoor unit consists of the parts such as:
Air Filters:Useful to filter the indoor air and remove dust particles and bacteria from it.
Cooling Coil: It is the area where the heat exchange happens between the refrigerant and the room air.
Expansion Valve: It is used to provide the required pressure difference in the refrigerant to obtain the necessary temperature in the cooling coil.
Filter drier: This is used to remove the moisture and impurities from the refrigerant.
Fan Blower and fan motor: It is used to circulate the air from the room / hall / area to be air conditioned over the cooling coil gets it cooed down and delivers it to the desired area to be cooled.
Electronic Controller / Remote Controller: It consists of electronic sensors for temperature, arrangements to control speed of the fan blower and some other fuzzy functions.
Drain pan: This is used to hold the water that condensate from the cooling coil which is then discharged out by gravity.
